BlueStar Now an Authorized Distributor of Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System in Latin America

BlueStar has recently entered a distribution agreement with Microsoft to distribute the Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) in Latin America. BlueStar will distribute Microsoft Dynamics RMS solutions to customers in Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Puerto Rico. BlueStar Signs Definitive Purchase Agreement with IDSYS
March 4, 2010
On March 2, 2010, BlueStar announced that it had signed a definitive purchase agreement with IDSYS, a distributor of specialty electronics covering Auto ID, Mobile Data Management, and Point-of-Sale verticals. Under the terms of the agreement, BlueStar will acquire all company interest in Spain and Portugal, thereby, merging operations on the Iberian Peninsula.
