Customized Sales Books

One of FUSION's main VAR and solution branding tools is the Solution Sales Book, which is customized by a VAR online at the FUSION Partner Portal.

The Solution Sales Books are 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches, full color and 16-24 pages in length. All books contain the following pages:

  • 1-2 pages about the VAR's core competencies, including pictures.
  • 1-2 pages about the software application the VAR resells, including a summary of features.
  • Functionalities of the solution and screen shots.
  • 1-3 pages of specific hardware bundles that are used in the VAR's solution. Each bundle has its own page including a picture of the entire bundle. There are two types of hardware bundles: Core bundles are main bundles for the solution. Examples of this would be the POS bundle or an asset-tracking bundle consisting of a barcode printer, barcode reader and media. "Snap-on" bundles, can be added to core bundles to increase the functionality and value of the solution. An example would be a "snap-on" kitchen bundle consisting of kitchen printers, bump bars and controllers, and kitchen video screens. The equipment required for a wireless and remote inventory is another example of a "snap-on" bundle.
  • 1 page for each of the hardware components of the bundles which includes a picture and a summary of specifications and features of the component.
  • 2 pages on leasing, including the actual leasing application.

 

VARs may design their own Solution Sales Book at the FUSION Partner Portal. After clicking on the software application they resell, or the FUSION Campaign they support, partners can review the different templates for a Solution Sales Book. They build the book in real time while at the portal, and can add their own text about their core competencies as well as pictures of their business, staff, current installs, etc. They can also select the "core" and "snap-on" bundles that support their applications. Sales Books highlight only bundles, and bundles are not breakable. When the VAR is finished designing, it can review the entire book online in PDF format, immediately approving the Sales Book layout or redesign to its liking. FUSION will receive the final proof, print, and mail Sales Book to the VAR.

VARs can use their Sales Books for conventions, prospect visits, seminars, or Lunch & Learns. FUSION also recommends Sales Books be mailed to all prospects that respond to a Geo-Market Direct Mailer sent out on behalf of the VAR...its "Business Development...Just Your Way."
