FUSION Seminar Summary

One of the most successful FUSION business-development activities is our on-site seminars utilizing the full power of channel collaboration. All Vendors, ISVs, and VARS partner to recruit and train targeted end-users for vertical-specific solutions, and the final result is an increase in sales for all FUSION partners.

We have designed a toolset to assist all FUSION partners in developing a specific solution or "niche" seminar or Webinar. Vendors and ISVs help co-sponsor seminars with FUSION VAR partners.

The seminar toolset includes four touches to attendees to spark their interest level in attending the event.

  • The 1st touch is accomplished by sending a Geo-Market Direct Mailer, (GMDM) to the attendee list.
  • The 2nd touch is completed by our FUSION telemarketing team in the form of a one-on-one conversation with the attendees.
  • The 3rd touch is via an e-Learn. The e-Learn's call-to-action is for the attendee to register for the seminar online. The telemarketing team will make a 4th touch by placing a reminder call to all registered attendees prior to the seminar.
  • The various seminar touches can be customized on the FUSION Partner Portal including the GMDM, e-Learn, and contracted telemarketing services with script development. Participating VARs, Vendors, and ISVs are responsible for the room and A/V rentals, refreshments, and gratuities for all seminars.

 FUSION Webinar Summary

The FUSION Webinar toolset includes three touches to drive interest and direct attendees to the Webinar.

The 1st touch is by the development of an e-Learn about the Webinar's topic. All potential attendees are directed to the e-Learn for more information. The call-to-action on the e-Learn is to register for the Webinar.
The 2nd touch is performed by the FUSION telemarketing team in the form of a one-on-one conversation to all Webinar attendees.

  • There are also multiple email reminders sent out to all Webinar attendees.
  • Webinars can also be recorded for an additional charge.

FUSION hosts all Webinars, with a FUSION representative available on every Webinar to assist if any problems should arise. FUSION will also record the entire audio and visual portions. The Webinar will be hosted on a landing page for up to one year, and all "hits" to the landing page will also be recorded, with viewers' contact information being forwarded to the participating FUSION partners via their prospectrector.com accounts.
